Provides consultants to handle client specific requirements either on a project basis or on a time and material basis to work off or onsite covering the following areas:

• Contract programming in any of the leading edge, 4GL programming languages
• Project management consultation
• Systems analysis and design consultation
• Network design and implementation consultation
• OS, Network, or DB or application system tuning consultation, etc.
