SYSTEM INCIDENT PACK

Acquire Additional Incident Packs which gives them additional man hour entitlements for Onsite Technical and System Support, as follows:

  • Additional Incident Packs and Maximum Entitlements for Onsite Support
      • 40-hours Incident Pack 40 man hours
      • 80-hours Incident Pack 80 man hours
      • 120-hours Incident Pack 120 man hours

Incident Packs purchased under the Support Program expire at the end of the Support Year. Any incidents/ hours not used, during the annual term (i.e. Support Year) in which they are purchased, will expire and be deleted completely from the Customer's onsite support entitlements.
