SYSTEM INCIDENT PACK Acquire Additional Incident Packs which gives them additional man hour entitlements for Onsite Technical and System Support, as follows:
Incident Packs purchased under the Support Program expire at the end of the Support Year. Any incidents/ hours not used, during the annual term (i.e. Support Year) in which they are purchased, will expire and be deleted completely from the Customer's onsite support entitlements.
