Customers will be informed of their available entitlements every time they request onsite support. Customers who have reached their maximum entitlements can still avail of onsite support given these options:

  • Pay for the Onsite Technical and System Support services based on ABSI's Standard Consulting Rate; OR
  • Acquire Additional Incident Packs, see SYSTEM INCIDENT PACK

Onsite Technical and System Support Program Coverage within Metro Manila is fully covered by the Support Program. However, for Customer sites outside of Metro Manila where onsite support is needed/ required, the Customer shall cover exclusively the applicable costs such as but not limited to : hotel accommodation, travel/ transport, communication expenses and daily living allowance of ABSI Technical Support Specialists deployed to the site.

  • Optional Right to New Versions at the cost of 15% of Current Software List Price.
