OPTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES

  1. On-site Technical and System Consulting. Customer may purchase blocks of Onsite technical consulting time for advise and/or technical assistance on system site planning, upgrades, installation, testing , and related project planning as well as System Administration and Integration services. Onsite Technical Consulting time is sold in Consulting Blocks, as follows:

    Onsite Technical Consulting Maximum Entitlement
    40-manhours Consulting Block 40 man hours
    80-manhours Consulting Block 80 man hours
    120-manhours Consulting Block 120 man hours
    Under this optional service, Field Integration services and expertise is provided for integrating the Customer-licensed Software Product onto the Customer's installed and functional hardware platform and peripherals and/or with existing or new-acquired back-end/core and complementary solutions to ensure smooth and successful integrated systems implementation.

    ABSI Technical Consultants are available on a pre-planned basis only. Optional onsite technical and system consulting services expire from date of Purchase or when all Consulting Block man hours have been used, whichever occurs first. Customers must be enrolled in any Technical and System Support Program to obtain any Onsite Technical and System Consulting.
