2. Extended Phone Support Coverage. Customers who require evening and/or weekend support coverage may purchase the Extended Phone Support Coverage by choosing from among the following extended coverage uplifts:

   Extended Phone Support Coverage without pre-purchase is available at ABSI's prevailing hourly consulting rate, upon receipt of Official Purchase Order and/or Official Extended Phone Support Conform from Customer. Amount billed is computed as:
