MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Software
Product Systems Tuning
ABSI will periodically monitor and check networks, CPU utilization,
disk read/write access, etc. (usually these tools are part of Operating
Systems or network software), and subsequently perform appropriate
systems fine tuning. ABSI will likewise periodically monitor and check
the equipments' working conditions, and arrange with the vendors (subject
to clearance from Customer) for an equipment maintenance agreement
which is to the exclusive account of the Customer. ABSI will likewise
educate users on the proper handling of equipments (including booting
up and shutting down). In addition, ABSI will report to the Customer
any computer system software (OS, Network Management System) and/or
hardware equipment failures for appropriate action.

Software
Product System Monitoring
ABSI will perform System Emergency Back-up, System Housekeeping routines
and/or system re-installation upon request of Customer and/or in cases
of any System Resources overflow. However, the regular database back-up
procedures shall remain the primary responsibility of the Customer.

Product System Back-up
ABSI will perform quarterly system back-up routines, excluding the
Database Back-up which is the responsibility of the Customer.

Installation
of Recommended Software Patch List
This list shall be composed of ABSI Software Product patches which
solve general system problems, and have been recommended by ABSI Technical
and Product Support Group to be installed on all Customer sites/ units.

Program
Tuning, Error Detection and Correction
In the event of any technical and/or system malfunction/s during the
live implementation of ABSI Software Product, ABSI will run diagnostic
procedures to troubleshoot, correct and resolve such cases. Resolutions
of technical and/or system malfunctions caused by the Customer's erroneous
operation and/or negligence are likewise covered by the onsite technical
support.
