PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

  1. Assessment, Development and Implementation of Additional System Requirements
    Significant modifications and/or customization to the Software Product as well as new system requirements shall be approached as normal systems development project which may be covered by a Supplemental Service Agreement or by the available onsite support entitlement of the Customer. As such, ABSI shall provide Customer with the estimated man hours required for such Software Product modifications, customizations, and/or new requirements. ABSI will perform programming and implementation work only upon receipt of clearance from Customer on whether to cover the case under a Supplemental Service Agreement or under the available onsite support entitlements.
  2. Account Review
    ABSI and the Customer shall together hold regular meetings to review past account activities, software performance, and Support Program service performance. Any other concerns, issues, and future directions which both parties may like to raise shall also be discussed.
  3. Other Technical and System Support as may be required for an efficient and effective implementation of ABSI Software Product/s at Customer site.
